新年の空気はまだ抜けきっていなかった。
駅前の広場では、
冬のコスプレイベントの搬入が続いていた。

厚手のコートの上に衣装を羽織る参加者。
その足元を、フラッグの影が横切る。
看板にはキャラ一覧が並んでいた。
“多様性”は説明じゃなく、空気になっていた。

ふと周囲を見ると、制服の胸元から白いブラウスを覗かせた明日香がいた。
紙袋には、そのイベントのロゴ。

声をかけようと喉が動く。
でも父さんのノートが浮く。

沈黙が出たら急がない。

今の彼女は立とうとしている場所を探している。
そこに石を投げる必要はない。

「まずはイベントそのものを見る」

多様性を“説明”しない。
動いている現場を観てから考える。

帰宅後、ノートに三行だけ書く。

The New Year’s air had not yet faded.
At the plaza in front of the station,
participants for the winter cosplay event were unloading equipment.

Over thick coats, costumes were draped.
Shadows from event flags cut across their feet.
Character lists lined the banners.
“Diversity” was no longer an explanation—
it had become atmosphere.

When I looked around, I saw Asuka.
A white blouse peeked from beneath her uniform’s chest.
A paper bag in her hand carried the event logo.

My throat moved to call out to her.
But my father’s notebook resurfaced in my mind.

“If silence appears, do not rush.”

Right now, she is searching for the place where she wants to stand.
There is no need to throw a stone into that search.

“First, observe the event itself.”

Do not “explain” diversity.
Watch the scene as it moves, then think.

After returning home, I wrote just three lines in my notebook.

Welfare: stride
Environment: habits
Diversity: the will to stand at the entrance

Living Life My Way.
A person isn’t defined by a name.
They exist by the resolve to stand.

現在的她正在尋找「想站立的位置」。
我沒有必要往那裡丟一顆石頭。

「先看活動本身。」

不要去“解釋”多樣性。
先看現場如何運行，再去思考。

回到家後，我在筆記本上只寫了三行。
